Lewis was a great person and boss. He never met a stranger. He was a good friend and will be deeply missed. He was really good to me and my wife as well as her father which was a friend/employee at Seymour for 25 that passed away in 2015. I don't think anyone you meet could say anything bad about Lewis McNeill. Everyone loved him and he will be truly miss you. He was a well respected man

I will always treasure my memories of the time I got to spend with Lewis. I first met him when I became his boss after our companies were joined. His brilliance, quirky sense of humor, and genuine interest in me and my family drew me to him and gave me the utmost respect for Lewis a man. Later he became my boss, after interviewing up here. He came out and spent and evening with my wife, Jan, and I at our home, and was thoroughly entertaining and gracious. He even came out on a Saturday morning in March to have breakfast with us in Kimball at the Cracker Barrel, as we were traveling to Florida for vacation. It is painful for me to realize there will be no more phone conversations with Lewis. I will miss him forever, and will never forget him.

I regret the passing of Lewis a Brother in Arms in the service of our country. My association with Lewis as a doctoral student of organizational management, a subject he was deeply interested in. We had many detailed discussions concerning operations in the manufacturing and quality control issues he was involved in as VP of Operation's at Seymour. I provided him with answers to his issues and I provided many thousands of dollars in reference materials and a direct link to a professional organization that I was involved in as a BOD member that provided him with in depth problem resolution to specific issues that he employed in the Seymour organization.

I will miss my association with Lewis he was a true professional and friend.
