Bobby Louis Hale Sr.

Bobby Louis Hale Sr., 81 , of South Pittsburg, TN, passed away on  Friday, November 3, 2017.

Bobby was a Veteran of The United States Army and a member of The Greater Mount Olive Primitive Baptist Church. He was a retired Journeyman Iron Worker of Local Union 704.  He contributed to the construction to the Shelby Rhinehart Bridge in South Pittsburg, TN and the construction of The Chattanooga Aquarium. Bobby never met a stranger and would always lend a helping hand . His kindness will always be remembered and loved.

He was preceded in death by his parents Pankey Hale and Mary Jane Beene; daughter Clarissia Hale; brothers Billy A. Hale & Marion “Duk” Hale.

Those left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife of 55 years Clara Hale ; sons Bobby Hale Jr., John David (Regina) Hale; daughters Delia Peterson , Tanya Hale- Brown (LaFredrick), Bernice (Lawrence) McClure, Nikita Hale; special son Jeremiah Stevenson;  grandchildren Ronnie Adams II, Joshua (Lila) Hale, Daniel (Julia) Hale, Tyler Hale, Rasheed (Hallie) Peterson, Liam Peterson, Qasim Williams, Zion Brackett – Hale, Timothy Peak, Jonathan Peak, Julee McClure, Alyssa Stokes, Bralyn Stokes, Noah Hale;  special sister Susie Tipton; special niece & nephew Dewayne (Oksun) Cobb and Ruth Stokes; several Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. CST at Great Mount Olive Primitive Baptist Church in South Pittsburg , TN.

A Celebration of life service was held Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. CST at Great Mount Olive Primitive Baptist Church in South Pittsburg , TN.

Interment will follow at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens there will be Full Military Honors presented by The Sequatchie Valley Honor Guards.
