Jimmy Ray Evans

Jimmy Ray Evans, 60, of Jasper, TN passed away, Thursday, December 7, 2017.

Jimmy was a retired employee from Nissan. He enjoyed watching Braves games and was a coach for Little League Baseball. He loved to sit and drink coffee in the mornings with his mama.

He was preceded in death by his father Dewey “Dick”  Evans ; son Jonathan Evans; brother Jerry Don Evans.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Audrey Evans; mother Mary Sisk Evans; sons Nathan Evans, Jimmy Shawn (Chasity) Evans, Justin Evans; brothers Paul Wayne (Deb) Evans, Kenneth Evans (Patsy Ross), James Evans, Roger (Shelia) Evans, Ronnie (Lucy) Evans; sisters Cathie (Wesley) Brown & Brenda Slatton; grandchildren Cameron and R.J. Evans; Several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 8, 2017 from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. CST.

Funeral Services will be conducted in the Tate Funeral Home Chapel Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. CST with Bro. Roger Webb officiating.

Interment will follow at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens.
