WILMA FAYE PRESLEY TAYLOR

Wilma Faye Presley Taylor a resident of Amite, LA, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at the Lodge at Tangi Pines in Amite, LA.  She was born November 29, 1933, in Rogersville, TN and was 90 years of age.  She is survived by her daughter, Shan Taylor Grout and husband, Dr. Peter M. Grout.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Nat Taylor; mother, Dora Vaughn Presley; father, Lark Presley, Jr. and Bill Presley; sisters, Ruth Klepper, Pauline Lipe, and Helen Trent.  Visitation is at Christ Church Episcopal in South Pittsburg, TN from 11:00 am CST until religious services at 12:00 Noon on Friday, October 11, 2024.  Services will be conducted by Reverend Kim Hobby.  Interment will be at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens, 3076 Main Street in Jasper, TN 37347.  The family would like to thank the administration and staff at the Lodge at Tangi Pines, for taking fine care of Faye.  Any gifts or donations may be made to Christ Church Episcopal, P.O.
