Wilma (Anthony) Harris

WILMA HARRIS

Wilma Harris, 88, of Jasper was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 7, 2022.  Wilma was born to the late Gordon Anthony and Mary Steele Anthony on December 25, 1933.  She was a member of Baptist Hill Church and married to Charles Ray Harris for 67 years.

Wilma is preceded in death by her father, Gordon Anthony, mother, Mary Steele Anthony and her beloved daughter, Sandra Jones.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Ray Harris; sons, Charles (Jessica) Harris, Jeff (Jan) Harris; son-in-law, Tom Jones; grandchildren, Carrie (Rob) Howard, Bradley Jones, Sydney Harris, Holland Harris, Axl White-Harris; great-grandchildren, Hughston Burnheimer and Hunter Burnheimer.

Visitation will be on Monday, October 10, 2022, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.

There will be a graveside service on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 12:00 noon, at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens immediately following the visitation with Pastor Steve Sellers officiating.

Pallbearers are Bradley Jones, Holland Harris, Hughston Burnheimer, Hunter Burnheimer, Rob Howard and Tom Jones.
