WILLIE MAE LOWERY

Willie Mae Lowery, 95, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee went home to meet her Lord and Savior on July 17, 2022.  She was married to the late Ernest Hugh Lowery and was born to the late Eugene Clay Brewer and Bertha Lewis Brewer on February 13, 1927.  Willie Mae was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.  She had worked for the Marion County School System for 45 years and loved the time she spent there. She was full of energy and always busy.  Willie Mae enjoyed her favorite TV shows, loved playing Sudoku and spending time with her family.

Willie Mae is preceded in death by her father; Eugene Clay Brewer, mother; Bertha Lewis Brewer, husband; Ernest Hugh Lowery, brother; Gregory Brewer, and sister; Audrey Morgan.

She leaves her precious memories to her son; Gary (Deborah) Lowery, daughters; Ernestine Dugger, Pat Shadrick, Terry (Phil) Peterson, nine Grandchildren, twenty-two Great-Grandchildren and one Great-Great-Grandchild.

The family will have visitation on Thursday, July 21, 2022, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee, and on Friday, July 22, 2022 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm CST.

Funeral service will be in the Chapel at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 1:00 pm CST with Pastor Chad Garrett officiating.

Pallbearers are Chris Lowery, Jared Lowery, Josh Peterson, Justen Cuzzort, Danny Shadrick and Johnny Dugger.

Burial will be at Havron’s Chapel Cemetery in Jasper, Tennessee.
