William Mickey Reeves, Sr.

WILLIAM MICKEY REEVES, SR.

William Mickey Reeves, Sr., 72, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on December 25, 2024.  On August 21, 1952, he was born to the late Vernon Reeves and Deolvia Hunnicutt Reeves.  Mickey was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church and married to Susie Williams Reeves.  He was a farmer most of his life.  Mickey was a very kind and loving person.  He never met a stranger and loved his children and pets.  Mickey enjoyed farming and doing anything outside.

Mickey was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Reeves; mother, Deolvia Hunnicutt Reeves; brother, Jere Reeves; and sister, Vivian Dykes.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Susie Reeves; daughter Michelle (Edgar) Harriod; stepdaughters, Kristy Perkins, Olivia Hooper; son, Michael Reeves; grandchildren, Tami Reeves (Dale Lane), Alison (Chris) Marshall; 7 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.

The family will hold visitation on Monday, December 30, 2024, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm CT and on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm CT at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.

Funeral services are on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 1:00 pm CT in the Chapel with Pastor Glen York officiating.
