Virginia Smith Nolan 

Virginia Smith Nolan, 76, of Sequatchie, Tn., passed away at home with her family by her side.

Virginia loved spending time with her children, grand-children and family.  She was a retired hairdresser.  She loved her work and visiting with her customers.  She loved working in the yard, helping with the jail ministry, singing in the ladie’s choir and serving the Lord. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred R. Nolan; her parents, Roy C. Smith and Dovie M. Black Smith; brothers, Archie, Billy, Don and Reuben Smith. 

She leaves behind her son, Dennis (Doris) Post; daughters, Tina Cantrell, Jennifer Harper (Jeff Adams), Lisa Bishop (Todd Runyon), Brothers; Ryan (Tonya) Nolan , Jake (Judy) Smith; sisters, Juanita Little and Donna Anderson. Grandchildren; Eric (Samantha) Peak, Jarod (Sammi) Peak, Derek Brown, Zach (Carrie) Harper, Samantha Holloway, Nick Harper, Skylar Bishop, Nick Runyon and Derrick Runyon, Sydney Garnet, Dominic Nolan, Spencer Nolan. Great grand-children; Thomas Peak, Kerstain Holloway, Sierra Johnson, Chloe Eggleston, Jadyn Peak, Braylon Holloway, Tanner Peak, Chrysia Timmis, Lamonta Hughes, Jaxson Peak, Jaleighanna Jones, Kiara Harper and June Timmis.  And several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Victory Baptist Church on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm with the funeral service to follow at 3:00 pm CDT with Marty Webster and Brother Mike Graham officiating.

Interment will follow at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Garden in Jasper. Tn.
