TRACY PHILLIPS

Tracy Phillips, 41, of Whitwell, Tennessee was called home on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.  He was born to the late Melvin Howard and Mary Phillips on April 10, 1982.  Tracy was married to Crystal Anthony Phillips and worked at McDonald’s in Maintenance.  He was a loving husband and father.  Tracy worked for McDonald’s for eighteen years and enjoyed working on cars but mostly enjoyed spending time with his family.  Tracy was the type of person that never met a stranger.

Tracy is preceded in death by his father, Melvin Howard; sister, Regina Phillips Pricherd and nephew, Jayden Pricherd.

Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Mary Phillips; wife, Crystal Phillips; son, John River Phillips; mother-in-law, Vernie Anthony; brother-in-law Randall (Amy) Pilgrim; sister-in-law, Angie (Mack) Wileman, Sandra (Scott) Ramsey; aunt and uncles, Louise (Dwight) Snell, Gene (Carrie) Phillips, Tootsie and Dwight; nephew, Jacob Pricherd; special nephew, Jamarion Miller; niece, Hannah Pilgrim along with several more nieces, nephews and special friends.

Visitation is on Friday, July 14, 2023, from 12:00 to 7:00 pm CST and on Saturday, July 15, 2023, from 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.

Funeral services are Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 12:00 Noon CST in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home, in Jasper, Tennessee with Pastor Adam Ramsey officiating.

Burial will be on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at Pine Grove Cemetery in Jasper, Tennessee immediately following the funeral service.

Pallbearers are David Hawkins, David Marales, Mikey Kemp, Jamarion Miller, Mack Wileman, Emanel Stewart with Honorary pallbearer Scott Ramsey.
