TERESA MARIE SIMMONS

Teresa Marie Simmons, 53, of Jasper, Tennessee was called home on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.  On June 11, 1970, she was born to the late Alma Jarrett, Jr. and Dorothy Dunn Mershon.  Teresa was a homemaker, enjoyed playing games on her tablet and taking car rides.  She loved working in her flower garden and enjoyed being outdoors.  Teresa loved spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren.

Teresa is preceded in death by her father, Alma Jarrett, Jr. and father, Charles Edward Mershon.

Left to cherish her memories are her mother, Dorothy Dunn Mershon; daughters, Chastity (Zach) Simmons, Heather (Antonio) Simmons; brother, Charles Ray (Amanda) Mershon, sisters, Sheila (Anthony) Kirk, Melinda (Jeff) Work; grandchildren, Madison Havner, Adain Havner, Serenity Havner, Antonio Stuckey, Jr. and Amelion Stuckey along with several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

There will be a memorial service at the VFW in Jasper, Tennessee on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at 3:30 pm CST with Victor Levan officiating.
