SHIRLEY MARIE BREWER

Shirley Marie Brewer, 71, of Guild, Tennessee was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 2, 2024.  On October 31, 1953, she was born to the late Elbert L. McFalls and Pearl M. Burdett McFalls.  Shirley attended Guild Baptist Church in Guild, Tennessee.  She loved her family, especially her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and loved spending time with them.  Shirley would give the shirt off her back to help anyone.  She enjoyed watching her shows on TV and was a big Elvis fan.

Shirley is preceded in death by her father, Elbert L. McFalls; mother, Pearl M. Burdett McFalls; son, Jamie Gerard; brother, Elbert Gene McFalls, Sr.; sisters, Loretta Morgan, Adah McFalls and Patsy Huffstuttler.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Douglas Brewer; son, Wesley M. Gifford, Jr.; daughter, Angela (Darin) Morelock; brother, David (Mary) McFalls; sister, Mona (Mike) Curtis; grandchildren, Derrick (Makenzie) Allison, Tiffany Morelock, Alexis (Addison) Beene, Brittany Morelock, Miranda (Rob) Gibson, Brandi (Drew) Coffelt, Brandon Gifford, 15 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.

Visitation is Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm CST and on Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.

Funeral services are on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 1:00 pm CST in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee with Pastor Donnie Moreland, Jr. officiating.

Shirley will be laid to rest on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at Davis Cemetery in Whitwell, Tennessee immediately following the funeral service.

Pallbearers are Wesley Gifford, Derrick Allison, Cody Massey, Ridge Marks, Bobby Jo Bolton and Shawn Snow.
