RUTH ELIZABETH PARKER LOVE

Ruth Love, 88, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 23, 2023. She was born to the late John Parker and Ollie Adams Parker on March 13, 1934. Ruth was a member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. She worked at Salem Carpet Mill for several years and then became a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening and loved her beautiful flowers. She Loved all the children she took care of and loved spending time with her family.

Ruth is preceded in death by her father, John Parker; mother, Ollie Adams Parker; husband, Tony B. Love; brothers, Guy Parker, Robert Parker, Raymond Parker; sisters, Pearl Parker, and Mae Tucker.

She leaves her memories to her daughters, Pat (George) Ables, Sandy (Scott) Lee, Sherry (Gerald) Schrimsher; grandchildren, Nathan (Mandy) Ables, Brandon Ables, Blake (Erica) Lee, Kyle Ables; great grandchildren, Katie Ables, Rae Ables and Gauge Griffith.

Visitation will be on Saturday, February 25, 2023, from 12:00 to 2:00 pm CST.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, February 25, 2023, at 2:00 pm CST in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Caudell and Pastor Chris Kilgore.

The family is requesting no processional to the cemetery.

Burial will be at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens, Jasper Tennessee.
