ROBERT DENNIS WALDEN, SR.

Robert Dennis Walden, Sr., 64, of Manchester, Tennessee was called home on Thursday, May 16, 2024.  On September 10, 1960, Robert was born to the late Walter and Helen Walden.  He was married to Tammy Shetters Walden and worked for McMahan Construction as a Metal Building Specialist.  Robert never gave up, he worked hard and loved his job.  The word “retirement” was never in his vocabulary.  Robert loved his family and spending time with them.  He loved being outside, doing woodwork and was a handyman.

Robert is preceded in death by his father, Walter Walden; mother, Helen Walden; brothers, Gator Walden, William Man Walden and sister, Katherine Walden.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Tammy Shetters Walden; sons, Robert Dennis Walden, Jr., Justin Lee (Samantha Honea) Walden; brothers, George (Katherine) Walden, James Walden; sisters, PeeWee White, Margaret Walden, Dorothy Walden, Sharon Walden; seven grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.

The family will hold a visitation for family and friends on Friday, May 24, 2024, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.
