RALPH R. MCCULLEY, 88, of Guild, Tennessee, was called home by our Lord and Savior on December 24, 2021. A proud U.S. Army Veteran, he faithfully served during the Korean War. Following his service to our country, he was employed by Combustion Engineering as a Boiler Maker for 36 years. Ralph also enjoyed repairing and restoring vehicles in his spare time. He was a lifelong fan of the Marion County Warriors, Atlanta Braves and Tennessee Volunteers.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Henry and Susie Ida Miller McCulley and his brother, William Henry (Buster) McCulley.
Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of sixty-six years, Mary Ruth Condra McCulley; brother Freddie (Shirley) McCulley; children, Steve McCulley, Sherry (Billy) Prince and Bobby (Jamie) McCulley; grandchildren, Jacob (Brandy) McCulley, Luke (Brooke) McCulley, Holly (Caleb) Nelson and Layla McCulley; great grandchildren, Kennedy, Carter, Zoey and Luca McCulley, Jude and Jonah Nelson; brother in law and sister in law John and Frances Condra; several nieces and nephews, along with many dear friends.
The family will have a private graveside service at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens on Sunday, January 2, 2022, with Pastor Doug Janeway officiating the service.
Pallbearers are Roger Mayo, Jacob McCulley, Luke McCulley, Caleb Nelson, Don McClendon, Faron McCulley and Freddy McCulley.
