NORA “SUG” JUANITA JORDAN
Nora “Sug” Juanita Jordan, 86, of Jasper, Tennessee, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, July 2, 2026. Born on February 19, 1940, in Jasper, she was the cherished daughter of Clyde “Goat” Conway Cash and Leila Graham Cash. Sug was a devoted member of Tabernacle Baptist Church, where her faith shaped the way, she lived and loved. Sug was married to her beloved husband, Tommy Jordan, until his passing. Together, they built and operated Jordan Roofing Company, serving their community with dedication, hard work, and integrity for many years. Their partnership, both in life and in business, was a testament to commitment and perseverance. A woman of many talents, Sug found joy in cooking, sewing, and gardening. She had a heart of gold, always giving, always caring, and always showing love in the quiet, meaningful ways that made her unforgettable. Sug adored her dogs and treasured every moment spent with her family, who were the center of her world. Her legacy is one of kindness, devotion, and love, felt deeply by all who were blessed to know her.
Sug is preceded in death by her father, Clyde “Goat” Conway Cash; mother, Leila Graham Cash; husband, Tommy Jordan; brothers, Don Cash, John Cash, Ed Cash, Allen Cash, Tommy Cash, Dave Cash; sisters, Sue Robertson, Willie Cartwright, Betty Jo Peade, Diane Griffith, Cathy Nelson, Dean Collins, Martha Cash and Linda Wilson.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Tommy (Allison) Jordan; daughters, Tina (Randy) Schroeder, Melissa (Mark) Elmore; sister, Louise King; grandchildren, Lanea Alder, Chelsea (Kendale) Kesler, Jordan Nunley, Evan (Makayla) Jordan, Emeree Jordan, Zackery (Sydney) Milleson, Koby Milleson; great grandchildren, Leon Kesler, Oakleigh Jordan, Bailey Jordan, James Jordan, Zephyr & Ezra Bradley, Zayne Milleson; several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Visitation is on Monday, July 6, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm CST and on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm CST at Tate Funeral home in Jasper, Tennessee.
Funeral services are on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 1:00 pm CST in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee with Pastor Tony Tuders officiating.
Sug will be laid to rest on Tuesday July 7, 2026, at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper, Tennessee immediately following the funeral service.
Pallbearers are Zackery Milleson, Koby Milleson, Evan Jordan, Kendale Kesler, Jason Slatton and Danny Witt.
