NATHAN “NATE” WILLIAM WALKER
Nathan William Walker, 22, of Sequatchie, Tennessee was called home on Friday, March 31, 2023. He was born to John Robert Walker and Helen Elizabeth “Liz” Taylor Walker on March 12, 2001. Nate loved his children and loved spending time with them. He enjoyed music, fishing and spending time with his friends. He was a huge Alabama fan, had a big infectious smile, he thought about people and helped anyone he could.
Nathan is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Hubert L. Taylor, Robert Franklin and grandmother, Jennifer Walker.
Left to cherish his memories are his father, John R. Walker; mother, Helen Elizabeth “Liz” Taylor Walker; stepfather, Lonnie M. Alder; grandmothers, Teresa Rose Malpass, Deborah Ann Alder; grandfather, Victor M. Alder; girlfriend, August Griffith; son, Braxton Walker; daughters, Madilyn Dodson, Breeasia Walker; sisters, Jennifer Walker, Makayla Walker, Dezaray Walker along with several aunts, uncles and friends.
Visitation is Tuesday, April 4, 2023, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.
Funeral services are on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 1:00 pm CST in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home, Jasper, Tennessee with Pastor Adam Ramsey officiating.
Burial will be on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Baptist Hill Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.
Pallbearers are Lonnie Alder, John Walker, Shawn Stephens, Matthew “Matt” Griffith, Mark Nolan and Crystal Helt. Honorary pallbearers are Dakota Alder, Brian Alder, Barry Alder, Gary West, Dylan Pickett and Mitchell Alder.
