MATTHEW A. MCCUNE

Matthew A. McCune, 47, of Jasper, Tennessee was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, October 12, 2025.  On August 22, 1978, he was born to Michael Lee McCune and Marina Granter McCune in Aurora, IL.  Matthew was married to Rebecca Castle McCune until her death.  He worked in manufacturing for Cornerstone Building Brands Company.  Matthew was of Baptist faith and was a major Alabama football fan and Trump supporter.  He enjoyed his Church family and loved God.  Matthew loved all super-hero movies but most of all he loved his family and sons very much.

Matthew is preceded in death by his father, Michael Lee McCune; mother, Marina Granter McCune; and wife, Rebecca Castle McCune.

Left to cherish his memories are his sons, Allen McCune, James McCune, Logan McCune; sisters, Michelle McCune, Mary (Robert) Thompson, several other family members and special friends.

There will be a memorial service at a later date.
