MARION ESTELL PEOPLES

Marion Estell Peoples, 80, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee was called home on Tuesday, June 27, 2023.  She was born to the late Hoyt Martin and Eula Lemmons Martin on August 7, 1942.  She was married to the late Henry Harold Peoples and spent her life as a homemaker.  Marion loved going places with her dog, Daisey, gardening flowers and spending time with her family.  She also enjoyed visiting the Smokey Mountains.  She was a great mother, mother-in-law and person.

Marion is preceded in death by her father, Hoyt Martin; mother, Eula Lemmons Martin; husband, Henry Harold Peoples; brothers, Leroy Martin and Charlie Martin.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Robert (Peggy) Peoples, Scott (Angie) Peoples; sister, Annie Mae (Gary) Keller; grandchildren, Danny (April) Peoples, Shelby (Billy) Wiley, Brandon Peoples; four great grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews and cousins including her grand-dog, Piper.

Visitation is Thursday, June 29, 2023, from 3:00 to 8:00 pm and on Friday, June 30, 2023, from 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon CST at Tate Funeral Home, in Jasper, Tennessee.

Funeral services are on Friday, June 30, 2023, at 12:00 Noon in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee with Pastor Ronnie Case officiating.

Burial will be on Friday, June 30, 2023, at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens, in Jasper, Tennessee immediately following the funeral service.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
