Lyndia A Ware Curtis

On the beautiful afternoon on Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019, the Lord called  Lyndia A. Ware Curtis home.    Lyndia was at the young age of 74 years old and was born on June 28, 1944 to her parents, Charles and Ophelia Ware in South Pittsburg, Tennessee.     She had traveled throughout her life living in different areas until she settled back home seven years ago in Jasper, Tennessee.

Lyndia was a devoted Christian woman of the Baptist faith.    She loved to travel wherever the world would take her however her favorite love was visiting anywhere in Florida.    Lyndia loved to shop, hanging with her friends and adored her precious son, Joseph.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Charles and Ophelia Ware along with her brother, Bobby Ware.

Those left to cherish her memories are her son, Joseph Curtis, Jr.; brothers, Jerry and Terry Ware; sisters, Madeline Ware and Ida Crutcher along with best friends, Capucine Pansy and Tonyia Johnson.

Lyndia was the Godmother to Kristen Gruber Bennett and Courtney Gruber Yapp.

The family will have a Memorial Service Friday May 10, 2019 at  1:00 PM CST for Ms. Lyndia at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 407 Maple Ave, Jasper, Tn.
