LARRY G. GRAVITT

Larry G. Gravitt, 82, of Jasper, Tennessee passed away June 21, 2023.  On May 5, 1941 he was born to the late Fred Gravitt and Essie Perkins Gravitt.  Larry was a long-term resident of Jasper, where he owned Gravitt’s Automotive until retirement.  For many years he enjoyed meeting his close friends for breakfast at the diner.  Larry always had a smile for his friends and loved ones.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Essie Gravitt of Whitwell, Tennessee.  He leaves behind his only child, Kim, to cherish his memories, along with several extended family members and loved ones.

There will be a graveside service on Friday, June 23, 2023, at 12:00 Noon CST at Red Hill Cemetery, in Whitwell, Tennessee with Pastor Hershel Powell officiating.

Pallbearers are Bo Burnett, Dale Pyburn, Eddie Pittman, Bobby McGowan, Jim Patterson and Tim Gravitt.
