KEVIN MEECE COOPER

Kevin Meece Cooper, 68, of Jasper, Tennessee was called home on Wednesday, May 10, 2023.  He was born to the late Kenneth Meece Cooper and Ruby Jean Hammond Cooper on December 12, 1954.  He was a High School basketball player and loved Kentucky basketball.  Kevin served his country in the United States Navy and later, he was an Inspector for Tennessee Valley Authority.  Kevin loved softball and baseball and enjoyed spending time with his family.  He tinkered with lots of things around the house.

Kevin is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Meece Cooper and mother, Ruby Jean Hammond Cooper.

Left to cherish his memories are his brothers, John (Patricia) Cooper, Tim (Joanne) Cooper; nieces and nephews, Nicole (Jeremy) Jones, Kendall (Molly) Cooper, Lauren Cooper, Savannah Cooper, Colby Cooper along with several great nieces and nephews and special friends.

Visitation is Wednesday, May 17, 2023, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm CT at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.

Burial is Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 12:30 ET at Chattanooga National Cemetery, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
