JULIA F. BROWN
Julia F. Brown, 89, of Stevenson, Alabama was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, January 25, 2024. Julia was born on May 1, 1934, to the late Edgar Ashbranner and Ada Tidwell Ashbranner. She was married to the late Johnny Mac Brown. Julia was an extremely outgoing person who loved church. She was interested in Indian Heritage and loved animals, being outdoors, nature and spending time with her family.
Julia is preceded in death by her father, Edgar Ashbranner; mother, Ada Tidwell Ashbranner; husband, Johnny Mac Brown; brother, Thurman Ashbranner; sister, Dorothy Smith and nephew, Mike Ashbranner and special friend, Edward Pittasi.
Left to cherish her memories are her son, Johnny Brown; grandchild, Amy Layne Brown; five nieces, three nephews, several great nieces and nephews and special friends.
Visitation is Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm CT at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.
Funeral services are Saturday, January 27, 2024, at 1:00 pm CT at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee with Pastor Quineth Ward officiating.
Julia will be laid to rest on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Pine Haven Cemetery in Hollywood, Alabama immediately following the funeral service.
Pallbearers are Jonathan Ward, Quineth Ward, Johnny Brown and Charles Kay.
