Joyce "Denise" Smith

JOYCE DENISE SMITH, 51 of Whitwell, TN, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021.  Joyce was born on November 25, 1969, to Patricia Ann Rackler McDonald and the late John Henry Daniels.  Denise loved spending time with her family and her grandchildren was her pride and joy.  She loved flowers, fishing, and wind chimes.

She is preceded in death by her father John Henry Daniels.

Denise leaves her memories to her husband, Dwight Smith; mother, Patricia Ann Rackler McDonald; sons, Mike (Nicole) Cash, Tim (Jessica) Cash, and Brandon Webb; daughters, Sissy Smith and Ashley Smith; sisters, Patricia Rhodes, Linda Sue Tucker, Johnnie Johnson, Louise (Charles) Haggard, Nicole Mantlow; grandchildren, Gracie Cash, Tucker Cash, Kendalynn Smith, Caitlyn Cash, Lee Cash, Jaylie Smith, Isiah Smith, Haylen Smith, Dallas Webb, Krisalyn Smith, Chloe Webb, Kaylen Smith and Jesse Smith; several nieces and nephews.

The family will have visitation on Friday, October 22, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm CST.  The funeral service will follow the visitation in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Varnell officiating the service.
