JAMES “BUZZY” FOSHEE

James “Buzzy” Foshee, 58, of Jasper, Tennessee was called home on Monday, January 8, 2024.  On December 29, 1965, he was born to the late John L. Foshee and Bertha White Foshee.  James’ significant other was Sherry Martin.  He was very kindhearted and liked to help people and would offer help to anyone that needed it.  James loved music and playing the guitar.  He loved to hear his brothers David and Glenn sing.  He worked for Jordan roofing for over twenty years.

James is preceded in death by his father, John L. Foshee; brothers, Tommy Foshee, Glenn Foshee; sisters, Barbara Foshee and Lisa Foshee.

Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Bertha White Foshee; significant other, Sherry Martin; granddaughters, Layla Martin, Shelby Martin; stepsons, Chris Martin, Joey Martin; brothers, David (Linda) Foshee, Billy (Rachel) Foshee; sister, Connie (Bill) Layne, many other family members and special friends.

Visitation is Thursday, January 11, 2024, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.

James will be laid to rest on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Lassiter Cemetery in Sequatchie, Tennessee.

Pallbearers are Chris Martin, Christopher Green, Billy Fulfur, Billy Floyd, Hunter Floyd, John Kimball with Honorary pallbearers Mike Reagan Dale Womac.
