James Allen Rollins

JAMES ALLEN ROLLINS

At the young age of 30 years old, James Allen Rollins was called to his heavenly home on March 8, 2020.    James was a native of South Pittsburg, TN and a graduate of the class of 2009 at South Pittsburg High School.  He was employed with Rowhorne Electrical as a lineman.

James was a loving son, brother, father and a loyal friend.   He was a member of the Kimball Tabernacle Church of God in Kimball, TN.    James was an avid fisher, loved the nature of God’s creation and being an excellent cook.    His treasured times were spending with his children, Presley and Brad along with his siblings, Johnathon and Leesa.   James had a heart bigger than life and he adored each day God granted him on this earth.   

He is preceded in death by his father, Michael Don Rollins and grandparents, Tom and Lillie Mae Rollins, James and Joann Boggs and Richard Thomas.

James leaves behind loved ones to cherish his memories which are his mother, Cynthia Rollins-Mathews; stepfather, Roger Mathews; son, Brad Rollins; daughter, Presley Rollins; twin brother, Johnathon Rollins; sister, Leesa Rollins; one niece, Haven Rollins, two nephews, Jaxon Rollins and Grady Rowe along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Pallbearers  are Will Anderson, Chase Miller, Jacob Toney, Dustin Pittman, Chris Masterson and Garrett Parker.

The family will have visitation on Monday, March 16, 2020 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm CDT at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, TN and Tuesday, March 17, 2020 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm CDT.

The funeral service will follow the visitation at 2:00 pm CDT in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home with Pastor Darrell Nunley officiating. 

James will be laid to rest Orme Mountain Cemetery in Orme, TN following the funeral service.
