GLENDA JANE EAGLE

Glenda Jane Eagle, 75, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee was called home on October 16, 2025.  On April 21, 1950, she was born to Earnest Foster Potter and Bonnie Romines Potter in South Pittsburg, Tennessee.  Glenda was married to William Jerry Eagle until his death.  She loved and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed doing latch hook projects.

Glenda is preceded in death by her father, Earnest Foster Potter; mother, Bonnie Romines Potter; husband, William Jerry Eagle; and brother, Johnny Potter.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Paul Lamar Guess, Larry (Dianna) Guess; brother, Paul Potter; grandchildren, Kali (Scott) Sewell, Bonnie (Josh) Williamson, Tara (Casey) Croft, D’Artagnan (Riley) Guess, Lilliana Guess, Jade Guess, Danielle Guess; several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews; lifelong best friend, Vernie Anthony; many other family members and special friends.

Visitation is Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 12:00 am to 3:00 pm CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.

Funeral services are on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at 3:00 pm CST in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee with Pastor Jeff Nelson and Pastor David Berry officiating.
