FRANKIE ELIZABETH POE

Frankie Elizabeth Poe, 82, of Jasper, Tennessee was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 20, 2024.  She was born to the late Frank Roberson and Vera Rector Roberson on April 17, 1942.  Frankie was married to the late “J. T.” Poe and was a housewife.  She was a member of Faith Filled Tabernacle.  She enjoyed flowers especially red roses, red cardinals and playing bingo.  Frankie loved gospel songs, singing and spending time with her family.

Frankie is preceded in death by her father, Frank Roberson; husband, “J. T.” Poe; brother, Herman Roberson; sisters, Aileene Cotton, Sue Rednower Mount; niece, Jessica Durham and nephew, Brandon Rednower.

Left to cherish her memories are her mother, Vera Rector Roberson; sons, Wayne (Brenda) Poe, Michael “Bobo” (Kim) Poe; daughters, Teresa Poe, Lisa (Terry) Guy, Christy Poe, Tammy (Dale) Bolton; sisters, Wilma Rheal, Norma (James) Rednower; grandchildren, Amy, Chris, James, Tyler, Alisha, Tatiana, Emma, Katrina; several great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.

Visitation will be Monday, April 22, 2024, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.

Funeral services are on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 12:00 Noon CST in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee with Pastor Chris VanAllman and Pastor Robert Caudill officiating.

Frankie will be laid to rest on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Pleasant Grove Cemetery immediately following the funeral Service.

Pallbearers are Terry Guy, James Poe, Patrick McGuire, Duston Gibbs, Tyler Guy and Roy Cheaves.  Honorary Pallbearers are Marty Deacons and Wayne Poe.
