FILEMON ORTIZ

Filemon Ortiz, 64, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee was called home suddenly on Sunday, April 9, 2023.  On December 8, 1959, he was born to the late Juan Ortiz and Maria Santos Delgado Ortiz.  He was married to Sanjuana Gracia Ortiz and worked for Terry Tate Trucking.  He was a family man and loved spending time with his family.  He was a humble man and was very proud of his faith and his relationship with God.  He loved traveling to Mexico and was so proud of the house he built there.  He spent and enjoyed most of his time working.  He enjoyed having his Dr. Pepper daily.

Filemon is preceded in death by his father, Juan Ortiz; mother, Maria Santos Delgado; wife, Sanjuana Gracia Ortiz; brother, Juan Ortiz.

He leaves his many memories to his sons, Saul (Juana), Ortiz, Filemon (Adriana) Ortiz, Dillion Ortiz; daughters, Lorena Ortiz, Beth Ortiz; brothers, Jaime Ortiz, Luis Ortiz, Robert Ortiz; sisters, Lupe Montes, Chello Flores’, Amelia Montes; grandchildren, Allison Ortiz, Saul Ortiz, Jr., Natalie Ortiz, David Ortiz, Daniel Ortiz, Leeana, Ethan, Aiden Ortiz, Evelyn Ortiz, Violet Ortiz, Summer Ortiz, Elan Ortiz and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a private memorial at a later date.
