EDWARD RAY YORK

Edward Ray York, age 67, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 22, 2020.  He was born in Bridgeport, AL then made his home in South Pittsburg the last 47 years.  He was a loving husband and father.  He loved spending time with his family and he loved fishing in his spare time.
 
Edward was born on June 21, 1952 to Marion Edward York and Jackie Ruth Creek.
 
He leaves behind his loving wife, Judy Talley York; son, Kristopher (Tiffany) York; daughter, Stephanie (Janson) York Gudger; brother, Ricky (Candy) York; and sister, Sue (Mike) Smith, along with several nieces and nephews and a new baby granddaughter arriving in August, 2020.
 
There will be a private graveside service with immediate family only on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at 1:00 pm CDT at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens.
