COURTNEY REBECCAH ALLEN
On the afternoon of Saturday, August 21, 2021, Courtney Rebeccah Allen at the age of 32, passed away after a brief illness. Rebeccah, as she was known to all, was from Jasper, TN where she lived with her finance’ Gregory “AJ” Hester. She was born on March 17, 1989.
Rebeccah was employed at Love’s in the retail department. She had grown up in Gruetli-Laager, TN and was a graduate from Grundy County High School. Rebeccah loved and cherished her children, family, and friends. Rebeccah loved traveling to the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee with her children exploring the beauty and culture of mother nature. One of the gifts that Rebeccah cherished, was when she received the distinguished and recognition of being the honoree of the “Tennessee Unsung Hero of Ordinary People Doing Extra Ordinary Accomplishments Award”. This award is given each spring by the “Parent Leadership Team and Nurture The Next Staff Association”. An award that was given to a young lady who gave with all her heart, soul and love, by making a difference in many people’s lives.
She leaves her memories to her finance’ Gregory “AJ” Hester; mother, Carol Allen; sons, James “Robbie” Hill, John Layne, twin sons, Jacob and Lucas Hester; daughter, Olivia “Libby” Layne; brother, Van “Daven” (Melissa) McBee; sisters, Danielle Ryder and Nikki Cherry; special nieces, Ashlyn McBee and Luna Ryder along with years of devoted friends.
The family will have a graveside service and interment on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 12:30 pm CST at Fall Creek Cemetery, 30067 SR-108, Gruetli-Laager, TN with Pastor Jim Diehl officiating.
Pallbearers will be Brayden McBee, Jayden Rogers, Jason Kirk, Randy McCollum, Wayne Hicks, Matthew Hill, James Baggett, Robert Hill and Alex Parkinson.
MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE MANDATORY TO ALL THAT ATTEND THE GRAVESIDE SERVICE.
