CONNIE DEAN MOSLEY HARRIS

Connie Dean Mosley Harris, 69, of South Pittsburg, TN passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, May 20, 2021. She was the daughter of the late William “Will” Franklin and Thelma Lucille Billingsley Mosley.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Steven Gary Mosley, William Lloyd Mosley and Kenneth Franklin Mosley. Connie was raised in Jasper, TN and was a member of the Sweetens Cove community all her adult life.

She was a devoted daughter and dearly loved her family and friends. Connie’s faith was a mainstay of her life and her love of Jesus was apparent in all aspects of her life. Her unwavering faith strengthened her during her lengthy illness.   She was a member of Kimball Baptist Church.

Connie is survived by her husband of forty-eight years, Ernie Harris; sister-in-law, Margie Allison; nieces and nephews, Cheri Mosley Daniel (Tony) of South Pittsburg, TN, Jenny Perry (Sam) of Lancaster, PA, Stephanie Mosley Sanders (Gary) of Tracy City, TN, Eli Allison of South Pittsburg, TN and Gary Mosley of South Pittsburg, TN. She is also survived by several great niece and nephews.

Services will be conducted at Havron’s Chapel Methodist Church.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM CT at Havron’s Chapel. The service will follow at 2:00 pm CT in the chapel.  

Interment will be at Havron’s Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Gary Mosley, Sam Rush, Eli Allison, Jimmy Mosley, Joe Stonesifer and Sam Perry. Honorary Pallbearers Mike Mosley and Larry Mosley.

The family would like to thank Hearth Hospice of Chattanooga for their wonderful care and support they provided to Connie and her family during the final stages of her illness.
