CHRISTOPHER E. RACKLER

The Lord called Christopher “Chris” E. Rackler, 58, home on April 27, 2021.  Christopher was a resident of Sequatchie, TN and was of the Church of God faith.   He had been employed by Sequatchie Handle Works as a machinist.    Chris was born on December 11, 1962 to his parents, William Charles and Evelyn Smith Rackler.    He had the love of watching western movies, live wrestling and in his pastime, he enjoyed fishing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William Charles and Evelyn Smith Rackler; brothers, Charles Rackler and Bobby Rackler; and sisters, Fannie Gibson, Virginia Mahathy and Ruby Gouger.

He leaves his memories with his wife, Sue Rackler;  sons, Christopher “Chris” (Stephanie) Charles Rackler and Blake (Audrey) Edward Rackler; daughters, Tabitha (Eugene King) Rackler and Amanda (Danny Wheats) Braziel; brothers, James (Charlotte) Rackler and Paul Rackler; sisters, Sarah Hardin and Patricia McDonald; five grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews and treasured friends.

The family will have visitation on Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 11:00 am to 12:45 pm CT at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, TN.

The graveside service will follow the visitation at 1:00 pm CT at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper, TN with Pastor Ernie Morrison officiating.
