CHERYL ANN WOODWORTH

Cheryl Ann Woodworth, 62, of Sequatchie, Tennessee was called home on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.  On October 1, 1961, she was born to the late Tom Clark and Eloise Campbell Clark.  Cheryl was married to Christian “Woody” Allen Woodworth.  She became a Registered Nurse in 1998.  Cheryl worked for Erlanger Hospital for over twelve years.  She loved her family and lived for her nine grandchildren and four plus grand cats.  Cheryl loved cooking, computer puzzles and keeping in touch with family and friends.

Cheryl is preceded in death by her father, Tom Clark; mother, Eloise Campbell Clark; sisters, Sissy Harris, Sherry Clark and Linda Huff.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Christian “Woody” Allen Woodworth; son, Corey Moore; daughters, Traci Pulley, Megan Harris, Jayde Greer, Elise Anderson; brother, George Harris; sisters, Carolyn Mosley, Dena Sharp; nine grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and special friends.

The family will hold a visitation on Friday, November 10, 2023, from 3:00 to 8:00 pm CST and on Saturday, November 11, 2023, from 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 12:00 Noon in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home, Jasper, Tennessee with Pastor Roger Webb officiating.

She will be laid to rest on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Havron’s Chapel Cemetery in Jasper, Tennessee immediately following the funeral service.

A donation box will be available to place donations to help Gail Blevins Hill with her kidney transplant.
