CHARLES R. (BOB) SCOTT
Charles R. (Bob) Scott, 89, of Jasper, Tennessee, was called home on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. Born on March 29, 1936, to Stella Marie Scott, Charles lived a long and meaningful life rooted in hard work, curiosity, and deep devotion to the people he loved. A proud United States Army veteran, Charles carried the values of service and dedication throughout his life. He later retired from a career as a carpenter, where he used his skill to build the roller coaster at Six Flags and also worked on TVA projects in the area. Charles had a passion for collecting old cars, especially classic models and hot rods with racing every now and then. He enjoyed traveling, collecting antiques, attending auctions, and much to the delight of those around him, sharing his love of pecans. His interests were wide, but nothing brought him more joy than time spent with his family. Whether gathered around a table, on a road trip, or simply sharing stories, those moments were the ones he treasured most. Charles leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and the simple joys that make a life well lived. His presence will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew him.
