CHARLES RAY HARRIS

Charles Ray Harris, 86, of Jasper, Tennessee was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.  Charles was born to the late Jessie Harris and Nell Harris on August 5, 1936.  He was a member of Baptist Hill Church and was married to Wilma Anthony Harris for sixty-seven years.

Charles is preceded in death by his father, Jessie Harris; mother, Nell Harris; wife, Wilma Anthony Harris and daughter, Sandra Jones.

He is survived by his sons, Charles Harris, Jeff (Jan) Harris; son-in-law, Tom Jones; grandchildren, Carrie (Rob) Howard, Bradley Jones, Sydney Harris, Holland Harris; Axl White-Harris; great-grandchildren, Hughston Burnheimer and Hunter Burnheimer.

Visitation will be on Friday, January 20, 2023, from 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.

There will be a graveside service on Friday, January 20, 2023, at 12:00 Noon at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens with Pastor Steve Sellers officiating.

Pallbearers are Rob Howard, Bradley Jones, Tom Jones, Holland Harris, Hughston Burnheimer and Hunter Burnheimer.
