BRENDA SUE COFFMAN
Brenda Sue Coffman, 77, of Bridgeport, Alabama was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 5, 2025. On March 17, 1947, she was born to the late Charlie Ray Henry and Jossie Mae Phillips Henry. Brenda worked in manufacturing for Shaw Carpet. She was married to Claude Coffman and was of the Church of God faith. Brenda loved her family and loved spending time with them and her grandchildren. She took care of all her brothers and sisters. Brenda loved flowers, roses and Christmas. Christmas was her favorite holiday.
Brenda is preceded in death by her father, Charlie Ray Henry; mother, Jossie Mae Phillips Henry; brothers, Charles Henry, Truman Pritchett, Leon Henry, Alexander Henry, Jerry Henry; and sister, Myrtle Pritchett.
Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Claude Coffman; sons, Troy (Carol) Gravitt, Scott Gravitt; daughter, Tammy (Ben) Guess; sisters, Berniece (Freddie) Bailey, Wilma (J. E.) Price; grandchildren, Brian Guess, Ryan (Taylor) Guess, Missy Gravitt, T. J. Gravitt, Jennifer (Aaron) Goldsmith, Scottie Gravitt, Danielle (Tyler) Swindell, Carly (Blake) Hixon, James (Abby) Brewer; 15 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
Visitation will be on Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 3:00 to 7:00 pm CT (4:00 to 8:00 pm ET) and on Monday, February 10, 2025, from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 pm CT (1:00 to 3:00 pm ET) at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.
There will be a graveside service on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 2:00 pm CT (3:00 pm ET) at Condra Cemetery in Whitwell, Tennessee with Pastor Dave Spencer officiating.
Pallbearers are Brian Guess, Ryan Guess, Aaron Goldsmith, Landon Goldsmith, Scottie Gravitt and Phillip Atterton.
