Alvin "Cecil" Hutchins

ALVIN “CECIL” HUTCHINS, 73, of Jasper, TN, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021.  Cecil was born on August 2, 1948, to Ray Hutchins and Rose Ella Castle.  He loved working in his workshop and gardening.  More than anything he loved his family and playing with his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by parents, Ray Hutchins and Rosa Ella Castle; brothers, John Hutchins, Jug Hutchins, Jerry Hutchins, and Claude Hutchins; sisters, Ruby Ferguson, Martha Jo Brumlow, Lou Bradford, and Mary Brown.

Cecil leaves his memories to his wife of forty-nine years, Joy Thacker Hutchins; sons, Brian (Donna) Hutchins and Brent (Kisha) Hutchins; brothers, Raymond (Brenda) Hutchins, Bill (Gail) Hutchins, and Jim Hutchins; grandchildren, Weston Hutchins and Tessa Eakin; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will have visitation on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm CST.  Also on Sunday, December 5, 2021, at 1 pm till 3:00 pm CST.  The funeral services will be Sunday, December 5, 2021, at 3:00 pm CST with Pastor Mark Brown and Pastor Bruce Howland officiating.   

Pallbearers are Jay Hutchins, Ken Hutchins, Greg Hutchins, Brandon Hutchins, Nick Hutchins, and Shawn Davenport.
