WANDA WEBB
The calling of the Lord on Friday Morning, November 30th, 2018, took Wanda Coppinger Webb to the lovely heavens of Home.
Wanda was born on September 15, 1947 to the proud parents Jess and Nellie Mae Coppinger. She spent her lifetime in the beautiful community of Sequatchie, Tennessee. Wanda’s first job was working at the Marion County Courthouse where she met her husband, Jim Webb. During Wanda’s career she worked for various banks in Marion County with her last career ending with Citizens State Bank upon her retirement.
Wanda’s greatest loves was her husband, Jim Webb, her family along with friends and her sister, best friend and “go to person” Jerry Moore. Jerry was a truly and amazing blessing whom was the God-sent of her life, her three daughters lives and the person they could always count on during the great and amazing times of Wanda’s life.
The daughters wish to extend their heart-felt thank you to Richard Easterly and Barbara Tate for “always being there for their family”. The daughters will forever be grateful,
Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, James “Jim Webb; parents, Jess and Nellie Mae Coppinger; and sister, Alline Easterly.
The loved ones that will miss Wanda and to cherish her greatest memories are her daughters; Dawn Webb, Kristi (Thomas) Colley, and Brooke Webb; brother, Jack Coppinger; sisters, Jerry Moore and Justine (Johnny) Childress; brother-in-law, Richard Easterly; sister-in-law, Barbara Webb Tate along with her four beautiful grandchildren; Jayde Baron, Alex Baron, Sara Colley, and Samuel Colley and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 4th, 2018 at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, TN from 1:00 pm CST to 8:00 pm CST.
The funeral services will be held at Tate Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, December 5th, 2018 at 1:00 pm CST. Wanda will be laid to rest following the services at Sardis Cemetery, Whitwell, TN.
