Virginia (Roberson) Wiley

Virginia (Roberson) Wiley, 84, daughter of Walter Sr. and Nettie Roberson and wife of Paul C. Wiley. Virginia was born February 3, 1934 in Sequatchie, TN and went home to be with the Lord early Tuesday morning February 27, 2018.

One of 8 Children she was preceded in death by her sisters Ora Mae Guyton, Bertha Collins and Ruby Aultman.

Virginia was a faithful and spiritual woman. She loved to sing and was loved by all.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters Priscilla Myers (Lindsay Wright) and Sylvia Wiley (Jose Garcia); brothers Walter L. (Leona) Roberson Jr., Jim “Alvin” (Claudette) Roberson; sisters Elizabeth (Bill) Peacock and Dorothy “Dot” (Clarence) Pickett; grandchildren Joseph Helton, Jeremia Spears, Jenifer Calzada-Mancera, June Spears, Jamye Spears, Joshua Spears; 11 Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, March 2, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. CST.

Funeral Services will be conducted in the Tate Funeral Home Chapel Friday, March 2, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. CST with Jeremia Spears officiating.

Interment will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
