Stacey Clark Coffelt , 36 , of Sequatchie, TN passed away Friday, July 14, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her daddy Jimmy Shadrick; father Lonnie Clark; daughter Nikka Clark.
Those left to cherish her memory are her mother Betty Shadrick; sons Nathan Coffelt, Ryan Coffelt; daughter Katlin Coffelt.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 16 ,2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. CST.
Funeral Services will be conducted from the Funeral Home Chapel Monday, July 17 ,2017 at 1:00 p.m. CST with Bro. Wayne Bowman officiating.
Interment will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
