Mamie Lou Wells, 83, of Jasper, TN, passed away Monday, June 11, 2018.
Mamie was a member of Baptist Hill Baptist Church in Jasper, TN.
She was preceded by her parents, James William and Millie Moree Jones; sisters, Faye Williams, Mary Cantrell; brothers, Troy Jones, Tim P. Jones, William Isiac “Mink” Jones and Lotchie Jones; special Granddaughter, Kennedy Griffith.
Those left to cherish her memory are her best friend and former husband, Herbert “Hosey” Wells; son, Allen Wells; daughters, Pam Griffith and Jan (Troy) Coffelt; brother, Mack Vernon “Jonsie” (Elsie) Jones; grandchildren, Tyler Moore, Shelby Moore, Kolbe Griffith, Brent (Becca) Layne , Payton (Daniel) Ireland, Lucas Coffelt; great grandchildren Cru Layne, Tess Layne; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. CST.
Funeral Services will be conducted from the Tate Funeral Home Chapel Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. CST with Bro. Roger Webb officiating.
Interment will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
