Jay Allen Graham

Jay Allen “Bird” Graham, a devoted and loving husband, father, and brother was called Home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 10th, 2018.

Jay had numerous employments during his lifetime.  He was employed with TN Metallurgical Alloy for 30 years; 6 years as a deputy for the Marion County Sheriff’s Department and 12 years with Grandview Hospital before he retired.  Jay’s true love was being an “adventurer” along with exploring nature, fishing, gardening and most of all his love of his guitar.

Jay was preceded in death by his parents, J.B Graham and Barbara Allen Graham along with his brother, Larry Lynn Graham.

Those left to cherish his precious memories are his loving wife, Reba Graham of  22 years and his sons Jay Allen Graham, II and Garth Frizzell along with his beautiful granddaughter, Lilly Jayde Graham.     His brothers Lanny Graham, Arnold (Kathy) Graham, Tim (Delonna) Graham; sisters, Claudette Womack and Lori Graham and sister in law, Diane Graham.   

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 13th, 2018 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm  CDT at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tn.   Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 14th at 1:00 pm in the Tate Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jeff Nelson and Nephew Beas Womack officiating.

Pallbearers will be Lanny Graham, Arnold Graham, Lori Graham, Jay Allen Graham, II, Garth Frizzell, Shannon Womack and Beas Womock.   Honorary Pallbearers will be Claudette Womack and Tim Graham. 

Interment will follow at the Gilliam Cemetery in Battlecreek, TN.
