Jacob L. Coffelt

Jake Coffelt “Big Jake”, 40, of Jasper, TN, passed away at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville surrounded by his family on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 1:11 p.m.

Those whom knew Jake knew he had a big heart as everyone said he was like a big teddy bear. He left a big impact own everyone. You will be truly missed by family and friends. We all love you (Big Jake).

He was preceded in death by his parents Garry and Judy K. Coffelt.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Tammy Dee Coffelt; brothers Chris (Tia) Coffelt, Shawn (Jennifer) Kouns; step children Billy Jr. & Ameilia R. Heard all of Pikeville, TN; grandchildren Billy Peyton Heard, Sadie Marie Swafford & Arlis S. Heard all of Pikeville, TN; nephews Tyler & Nick Kouns; niece Emma Coffelt; special friend and brother Bubba (Felicia) Gibbs;

There will be a Memorial Service held In Jake's Honor on Sunday, December 17, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CST.
