Don Curry Ellis, 79, of Kimball, Tn., passed away Friday, December 21, 2018.  He was a member of Kimball Tabernacle of Praise.  Mr. Ellis was a volunteer for Kimball Volunteer Fire Department.  He was retired from TVA.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Ellis; mother, Ella Lee Templeton; brothers, James B Ellis and Maurice Ellis.

Mr. Ellis is survived by his wife of 59 years Rena Stewart Ellis; son Don Mitchell Ellis(Christy); daughter,  Donna(Alvin) King; brothers Samuel R Russell(Janet) Ellis; grandchildren, Donnie, Josh, Brittany, Ashley, Jennifer, and Krista; great-grandchildren, Haylee, Madison, Hayden, and Don M. III.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 11:00AM to 8:00 PM CST at Tate Funeral Home.  The Funeral will be Friday, December 28, 2018.  The family will receive friends from 9 AM until time of service at 2:00 PM.

Interment will be at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Garden.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Tate Funeral Home, LLC.
