GLENDA REDNOWER MOUNT

Glenda Rednower Mount, 72, of Jasper, Tennessee was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.  On November 7, 1951, she was born to the late Frank Roberson and Vera Rector Roberson.  Glenda was married to the late John Grant Rednower, Bobby Eugene Mount and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in South Pittsburg, Tennessee.  Glenda loved her family, friends and church, which she attended when her health allowed.  She had a big sweet tooth and loved vanilla milkshakes.  Glenda enjoyed cooking and had a feisty side, and all agreed that she was a loyal friend.

Glenda is preceded in death by her father, Frank Roberson; husband, John Grant Rednower, Bobby Eugene Mount and sister, Lillian Ailene Cotton.

Left to cherish her memories are her mother, Vera Rector Roberson; daughters, Amy (Steven) Walker, Kimberly (Larry) Raymer; sisters, Frankie Poe, Wilma Rheal, Norma (James) Rednower; grandchildren, Anslee Walker, Mekenna and Addisen Raymer, several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.

Visitation is Thursday, February 22, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm CT at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.

There will be a graveside service on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 4:30 pm CT at Orme Cemetery in South Pittsburg, Tennessee with Pastor Robert Caudill officiating.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinsons Disease research or Calvary Baptist Church in South Pittsburg, Tennessee.
