DONALD HENRY CHMIELEWSKI

Donald Henry Chmielewski, 73, of Jasper, Tennessee was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.  On July 17, 1950, he was born to the late Henry Chmielewski and Rita Grzechowiak Chmielewski.  He was married to his loving wife of fifty years, Beverly Walters.  Donald was a retired Supervisor at Valmont in Jasper, Tennessee and was a member of Jasper First Baptist Church.  He enjoyed going to Tennessee football games, playing golf and hanging out at the pool.  Donald enjoyed smoking a good pork butt.  He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.  He had a German Shepard named Abbie that he loved very much.

Donald is preceded in death by his father, Henry Chmielewski and mother, Rita Grzechowiak Chmielewski.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Beverly Walters Chmielewski; daughters, Amy (Jason) Lawhorn, Lori (Tracy) Grider, Jennifer (Wesley) Willis; brother, Henry Chmielewski (Michelle Ferguson); sisters, Chris (John) Hanlon, Irene (Randy) Lykins, Wanda Deardurff, Mary Ann Hurst; grandchildren, Tyler, Hannah, Bryant, Grayson, Jacob, Jacie, Barrett, several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.

Visitation is Sunday, March 17, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm CST at Jasper First Baptist Church in Jasper, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be Sunday, March 17, 2024, at Jasper First Baptist Church in Jasper, Tennessee at 4:00 pm CST with Pastor Greg Steele officiating.

Donald will be laid to rest at Pine Grove Cemetery in Jasper, Tennessee immediately following the funeral service.

Pallbearers are Henry Chmielewski, Tyler Chmielewski, Bryant Lawhorn, Jacob Willis, Grayson Grider and Barrett Grider.
